Multinational Maritime, Inc., (referred herein as MMI) has hereby adheres to the Republic Act No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), and other relevant policies, including issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).  

Company is fully committed to provide the highest respects and value to individuals’ data privacy rights and makes sure that all personal data collected from various stakeholders are processed in observance to DPA’s general principles of transparency, legitimacy of purpose, and proportionality.
